Default What do YOU all think???????

hey, guys ,

So today i went to get my filter from audi dealership, then went to get my mobil 1 oil (5qt.) worth and went to get my oil changed at this gas station.
before all this i had to add oil to my car about 1qt worth when it went Oil MIN 2 times within like a month and a half time spam. but it was never leakin from the bottom or antyhing so i assume that this oil was used by the turbo and ect.

So after the oil change was done i came home and just to double check his work i poped the hood and saw that he had the correct filter and went to check the oil level and noticed that the tip of the dipstick was broken off (the O) after checking the oil it showed that it was over the max for about quarter of an inch or so, and also when ilooked under the carit was leaking a little bit from the bottom of the car. Went back to the place told the guy this whole thing he said that he was trying to take the dipstick off and it broke, (i've done this many times and it was fine i dono why hes making up stuff and if he did he should have told me dont u think?) then he was saying that the leak from the bottom is from draining the oil and when taking the filter off thats the oil that got on the plastic cover underneath and now its dripping off ( i saw him take this plastic off but the left side only). so anyways i left it like that and im most likely going back there to get a new oil stick and also have them lower the oil level ( im not sure if this is very bad to have it over filled by that much?) and have them hopefully clean the oil from bottom and to show me where this leak is from if there is one.

my questions are:

what are some of the things that i can look for makin sure this guy didnt make a hole there or something or how do you all think i should handle this.

alrigh thanks for any feedbacks.

if the oil is coming from the drain plug - then he didn't put a new crush washer on.
#1 make him pay for a new dipstick -
#2 take your belly pan off and spray everything down - get rid of all the oil residue.
#3 never go back there again -

Too much oil can cause damage to your catalytic converter... as the car will burn it.
