even though the cloth seats are OK, i would ask to bring down the price based on that since they are not leather..

when i got my car (2003 1.8T) i brought down the price from 18K to 16K because i kept on looking for faults...look, this car has no leather, no sunroof and you are asking for this much???

but the car does look nice, i would have to say GO FOR IT

 

Looks like a good deal to me. Nice that the timing belts done. If you want an audi and this is the best deal you found I say get it. I'm in college to and i'm buying a 2001 1.8t tonight!! If you have the money go for it.

I think that I would actually prefer the cloth seats to leather... The leather does look nicer, but the cloth seats are very quality and they have good support. Plus leather gets so damn hot/cold in extreme temps.

don;t get me wrong, i have nothing against the cloth seats but i'm saying to use it to your advantage in order to bring down the price a bit
even though the cloth seats are nice, they are considered cheaper...therefore drop the price tag brother....

 

Book is right around 10-11k.

If he takes your offer of 10.5, go for it.

 

I'd offer 9.5 for the car ... but whatever - to each his own
