It isn't a quattro, but it does have the titanium package with 30k miles. I took it for a short test drive this weekend and really am impressed with the car. They have it listed for $24,551. What do you think is a reasonable offer? I was thinking if I could get it out the door for $23,000 I would have to bite on it. Thoughts?

That price is straight out of Kelly Blue Book...Full retail for ex condition. Considering it's CPO, a "fair" price...without the CPO warranty, would be fair at $20-22K.
