Sunoco 94 all the time. My car really does seem to run/start/drive better w/ Sunoco 94 than anything else. Ive got mobil 1 93 a few times and the car seems to have troubles starting at times, i dono mabey its just me tho...

Shell 93 octane, I get slightly better gas mileage and the price is usually not the highest. BP isn't bad either.

87 w 10% ethanol.

I talked to a local performance guru who had been racing cars for 30+ years and owns a major import shop in wisconsin. He said that I should not have any issues related to 87 because the 1.8t does not create any real power when stock which would necessitate a higher octane.

No running issues whatsoever.

I dunno but i think if the manufacturer says 91 you should prolly get 91. Even though it doesnt make alot of power its a turbo so the compression is higher which is what the octane ratings all about. But if your not havin any issues than good luck for the future.

I usually get Mobil, BP or Sunoco 91. I live in nyc where 93 is like $3.40 but if im in Jersey ill get 93 which is around $3.15
