What kind of lowering is better?
Hey i want to lower my ride. i really would like to get suspension that i can adjust..
But just wanted to get your opinion.. What should i do.. go with adjustables or just lower with some coilovers?..
Is the only differents between the too, the adjusting part?..

If you lower with coilovers on stock shocks you're going to bounce around like a ricer. If you're going to go lower, DO IT RIGHT!
Get some adjustable shocks (I recommend Koni Yellows), and get some coilovers, or lower springs of some kind. But keep in mind, the lower you go, the more negative camber you're going to have, and that will cause your tires to wear unevenly, and much faster. I'd recommend you buy a camber kit for the front and rear as well. The car will look much better from an aesthetic standpoint, and you will have done it right, so the car will handle MUCH better over stock.
If you're going to modify your suspension, do it correctly.

coilovers man if you want adjustability. I thought people just called the springs or coil not coilovers like the adjustable strut/spring combo. And the only camber kit you can get is fully adjustable control arms.

Go with some coilovers if you want adjustability. I haven't had any camber issues on either of my lowered A4's.
