What is this NOISE!? RESOLVED!
Yup. The tech said he put the pump in for me for$80 if I dont want to deal with it. Im sort of considering that, but it would be a fun project for the weekend, and I am fully capable.
I picked up thewater pump today at work. $52.Not bad! Its the whole pump too, not just the front part w/impellor. List on it was $124. I pay cost +10%. Shows you how much the dealer makes off parts alone.
Sorry to keep bringing this back, but I just wanted to close this thread up by saying the pump was made byMeyle and had a metal impeller. Theseal/bearingwent bad and the impeller/pully axle wasall wobbly.... So, I recomend not getting that. It was included in the ECS timing belt kit I got a couple years ago.
