I just wanna see how loaded these things could have come. My window sticker on my 2001 2.8 quattro manual was $33,795, five years later i bought the car for $12,995 w/ 55k miles on it, ha..

yea mine was like 34, 700 or something like that

amazing how much depretiation it has in 7 years

 

retail value of my car is $21,000 right now, so a $12,000 dollar depreciation in 5-6 years is actually very very very good

 

Original Window sticker for my '98 was $38,xxx. I bought it for $8k...I like the price I got for it better than the window sticker, Haha

 

$36,000 or something . Bought it (2004 1.8tq) for 29K CPO with 17K on it back in May '06

 

retail price is always higher, i was shooting for more the private party market value

which would be between like 6-10 grand

i guess the higher end of that isnt too bad, but i only paid 7 for mine

 

Well i got my 2001 A4 1.8T with only 66K on it for 12,000. MSRP is 26290 with no options and my A4 has every one except the hands free cell phone CD changer in the trunk.
