so was installing my new n75h and when putting everything back together i notheced this thing and as i looked at it i noticed the bottom was well...no existant. so does anyone know what it is so i can get a new one

Its located right behing the airbox

Thats a check valve. Get it from www.ecstuning.com even after shipping it should be less than what it would cost at the dealer. And daaaaaamn, that part is like the "failure of the month" for everyone.

NICE!!!!!! Except they left at least one valve out of that article, the one I just replaced last week is not shown in that thread. It looks like the regular check valves that there are 4 of, but has a nipple on the side for a 3rd connection. (Different engine code mayhave something to do with it) Butits located here:

so if half of that was to be missing would i lose boost? lets say the entire bottom half
