Now that'd be quite a sound. Actually, mine sounds more like the dull drone of an airplane prop. Kinda like when you hear a distant Cessna on a Saturday afternoon. That's the best way I can describe it.

An independent shop should do the job for $250.

Mickey, if you're going to have a shop install it, just get the bearing from them. That way you have a warranty on it from the shop. If you're doing it yourself, get the $65 kit from ecstuning.com
