Default WHEEL OFFSET????

I have a 96 B5 A4 Quattro and I have the B6 S4 Wheels on the car now but i am putting on a new set of wheels i'm hoping someone would know if 18x8.5 with a 35mm offset would not only fit but look proper it's a wheel with a 3" dish (lip). Has anyone had any experience with this kind of offset wheel? I ordered the wheels through a factory direct dealer but i havent paid for them yet. Any info would be SWEEEEETT!!!! Thanks fellas..

they'll work, just make sure you have all the same widths around or at least the same tires widths. i.e. 225s or 245s whatever your using, make sure they all match on ALL 4 wheels. Lips=****.
