Yes. Once you pass 17" you will notice some difference. You do not want to drag race or track your car on 18"s. But for everyday driving the handling will be great. Go for it and get 18"s.
17 inchs is more comfortable than 18 inchs. 18 is much for look than utility.

Brrman, i was looking at hte asa ra1s and the 18s are actuly lighter then the 17s by .9? why is this? Thats the wheel i was gona go with but if im loosin speed im not. I wonder if they have the 17 and 18in weights backwards.
