When you burn music on a cd-r for the car how do you burn it so that you get the names of the songs on the cd-r so you can view them on the display instead of it just saying track 1, 2, etc. I know it can be done but I do not know how. I have all the different software to use. Any help would be appreciated!

 

Mine comes up automatically it depends on the cd some are not encrypted with it. I use recordnow plus. Your in Lafayette damnim in vernon

 

I have not been able to get any to come up. Maybe I should try recordnow plus. Also, where did you get your car chipped? There is no one in our neck of the woods and I really want to get my '02 A4 B6 chipped.

Aptuning charged me 35 for the install as compared to 80 at rapid parts. I'm not sure about the drive by wire install costs as mine is drive by cable. Ap tuning got me right in the day i called.

 

I went to rapidparts this afternoon and they installed the apr chip in my '02 A4. The drive home was great! They only charged me 50 to install. So, what should I do next on my car? The only thing that stinks is I have an Automatic.

you work fast! next step would definitely be the giac tip chip (reduces shift time from .8 seconds to .2 seconds)

I dont think u can have the tracks show up on a stock head unit. U might want to try using liek itunes to burn it after u have all the info plgged in (Windows meadi will do it to). The test to see if its the player or disk is put it back into ur comp and see if the tracks come up or just get number.
