The Bosch 110 Sport BPV (stock on Porsche and Saab) is from what I understand a 710N with a stronger spring that can handle big turbo boost.

I got mine for about $55 from The Parts Bin. Can also be ordered from any Porsche or Saab dealership or other places online.
