where does this sensor go?

Default where does this sensor go?

on the the top of the stock air intake box there is a sensor which looks like its glued on the box, if i purchase evo ms cold air intake, where can i put this sensor bc i purchased a intake before and kept the box onthe top(stock) without using that sensor over the intake and the car almost quit on me.

the sensor on top of the box there is a wire going to it you cant see th sensor

anyone please help.... anyone has intake ontheir car probly knows what im talking about its the round shaped thing on top of the airbox

yes if i get a evo coldair intake can i pull that out from the stock airbox and if i can where do i put it on the intake?
