As rare as they are....I have one that came with the S-line badges (original)......does anybody know why some have the s-line badges and most do not????

That is way too expensive, I picked up mine for $24K....granted it's not a 3.0 but I see those in this area for $26-28K

 

USP's never came with S-Line badges except on the steering wheel where it said S-Line.. reason is because S-Line is only on B7's as an upgrade option USP is different

Well, the difference is that you're a B6, so that's one less.... lol.
Actually, I'm not too knowledgeable about B7's because I'm not really a fan of the rear end of them, but I think the options are pretty much the same as what B6 Ultrasports came with.
There is also a titanium package, but not sure what that adds.
