Hey guys, I am looking to get fogs for my 96 a4. My car did not come with them from the factory, so I need the whole unit(air dam piece as well as light). Do these cars come pre wired for the lights and they are plug and play or do I need to wire to the switch on the dash. I am looking to replace the bulbs with hids when I order the kit for my headlights. Any help/links would be great, thanks alot.

 

ebay or a junk yard would be the cheapest place. you would need the fog assembly, the lower ide grilles, wiring, a fuse and a switch

 

Well, you've already got fogs in the headlights, right? You could probably just cut that harness, drill a hole in the dust cap to feed the wires through, and extend the wires down as long as you need them to reach the fog housings. You could probably cut the wires before they get into the housing, but I think you'd need to ground the lightsin that case.
