Default Who has an Indash DVD?

who has installed an Indash dvd player into there stereo slot? I was told by the audio place that i want to use(unless i find that its easier to do myself than they say)that the wiring is really complicated cause of the bose. they alsosaidThere is no way of installing a double din unit in my 98, which i agree with because there is a lot less room than on the b6 and b7's. So im left with the motorized flip out version which i want to do myself and my question is what do i need to buy to make it work on the B5with the bose system and is it really not that hard with all the right stuff because i just dont trust those audio sales people when they tell me that its really really hard to do.

there is a cable you can buy from Audi which links everything but expensive ( its a plug and play ) no wiring issues only difference is in the UK we know others who make them and its not an Audi thing just audio related
