defantly an easy DIY, you can do it with a couple of sockets and wrenches...
dieselgeek includes a special tool you need and its cheaper than the rest, im so happy with the dieselgeek

there is a nice one on ebay a couple people have installed and really liked it, im thinking about ordering one too but i dont know if i shuold spend the extra cash for a neuspeed one

personally it just feels better and looks cooler. u can feel it engage 10x more and those shorter shifts actually help keep my revs up. you know those 2.8's and their low end power [:'(]
