96 A4 - 197,XXX. I'm hoping to break 200 by the end of 08 but I don't have my car with me right now, so it's a little difficult


things that need replacing right now - Cats, thermostat, TB, Power steering rack, and the cig lighter isn't working

 

154,500 as of today in a '98 2.8

 

'07 with 220,000 miles

 

LOL... if that was possible, you'd have to be driving from SF to LA & back every day in 2007 to have that kind of mileage.

I have a 98 1.8T with 248242 km, which converts to 154250.427 miles. I have only owned it myself for the past 50,000 miles or so, but it has had its second and I am going to do the third timing belt service on the origional motor.
The previous owner was diligent with maintainance, and a lot of the car is origional. I am upgrading brakes and suspension, as they are overdo for an overhaul. The exhaust was obviously replaced, and there are currently some electrical issues I am seeking help with in a different post.

 

115,000 on a 01 1.8T, runs great.

 

Just hit 136,000 a few days ago on my 99.5 1.8t

 

Well team A4, there is a 1997 Audi A4 2.8L 5Speed in Midtown Manhattan that is very well known to all of the parking lot valets and attendants, because it has 528,000 plus Manhattan miles on it, and is all original and unrebuilt or molested in any way except for normal maintenance performed at the dealer. From what people say, the engine, transmission, CV joints, muffler, etc. are all original except for one battery... Seeing is believing and and many people in Midtown Manhattan have not only seen but driven the car.

 

i have a 01.5 a4 with 194.5k miles on the engine. just recently the valve stem seals went and the cam chain tensioner. so time for a 2.0 stroker setup with a gt28r with meth injections. so these motors do last!!
