Default why...

just went for a little drive in the cool and i hear a foreign sound.why...why me. when i took a u turn and sped up i heard a click click noise. it clicks in intervals like click click, click click. i had both cv joints replaced and they made a similar sound but the clicking was constant when i turned and sped up. i think its control arms but idk....

well if you are asking why its happening, it could be because your car is 5 years old and sh it happens.

Same thing happened in my 01 1.8T and it was actually something with the belt. How fast is the clicking?

well my belt makes noises and i was planning on doing it around 70000 its at 67. but when i do turn hard, the clicking gets louder and louder but doesnt get that loud. its not that fast

idk, the timing belt... i just had my cvs done and i just checked them. the boots are not ripped. if the cvs are bad then wtf, did i get cheap parts or something. but yes my timing belt is showing signs that i need a new kit

your timing belt should be fine. You have low(ish) miles and you are 01 so you have the updated belt tensioner. You shouldnt have to worry about it for another 10-20k miles. It is possible that your cv joints were not installed properly, or were damaged during installation, or are faulty from the factory. Depends on who did them and where they got the parts i guess. Did you get a warranty on that work/parts?? It wouldnt hurt to take your car back to whoever did the work and tell them you suspect they are bad again. That way they hopefuly wont charge you anything to at least look at it/drive it and give you their oppinion.
