will stock spark plugs effect chipped engine

if i run oem spark plugs after getting my car chipped, will it effect the performance of the car. If so, what plugs are recommended?

Yea you might want to get some ngk bkr6e's and gap them to .020. With out the new gap you will likely ruin the coilpacks.

its .028 not .020

and yeah you wana run a colder plug with a chip

.028 like above. There isnt really a need to run a colder plug unless you are pushing the stock turbo. I have ran stock heat range for over a year with 20psi.

The people running them to 25psi, w/m inj, and every bolt on. Chip and exhuast is fine for stock heat range.

A regapped stock plug is fine for a chipped car.
