As always, the answer is yes and no.
If you mod the suspension, I suspect that Audi would say that suspension related failures would not be covered (eg control arms, steering components, wheel bearings. They would argue that you screwed the geometry of their finely tuned suspension.

Can you contact the warranty clerk at your Audi dealership and request a written summary of what will and will not void the warranty? They should be happy to work with you!
A chip for the 2.8 doesn't do squat. You would get more performance out of an exhaust system. And yes a chip will void your warranty, and so will suspension, and for that matter the exhaust will to.
