how hard is it to replace this?

i am no newb to taking off the door panels of cars, so that is a breeze, but actually replacing the regulator?

i am looking at buying just the reg... no motor as my motor works fine

i was quoted 565 for parts and labor, and just don't wanna spend that on something that could be easy

found a reg for 118.20 or audi sells them for 167.92+ tax

set up appointment, just in case
