I have a massive crack in my windshield courtesy of a dump truck.. Anyone know how much it costs to replace one.. My insurance doesn't cover it I already asked.

Any suggestions on business?

No idea what kind of price but I too have a few decent sized chips in my windshield. I've had the car for like a month and already have like 3 chips...[:@]

I think I'm going to go to Safelite as they are only like $60 to repair the chips. Might ask them for a price quote on the whole windshield.

 

just put a brand new windsheild in my B6. No dump truck.... a road sign went thought mine and into the back seat......... $380 later i was on the road. hope that helps

 

I was quoted $219 about a week ago.

 

I just had a tree branch go threw mine and it was $242.00 installed.

Where in central PA are you? I am considering having mine replaced because it looks like it's been sandblasted, terrible to see through when the sun is shining head on.

just got mine replaced on the a4. it was something like $215 before tax. only took the guy like 15 min start to finish and came to my work.
