Hi all...

Recenly I've had some progressive problems with my wipers: basically they have slowed down, and at some times just stop mid-wipe. Any ideas what parts control the wipers? they occasionally get faster, but have definitely gotten worse over time.

 

Sounds like a bad wiper motor to me.

 

The linkage tends to bind. May just need some cleaning and some grease before springing for a new wiper motor.

 

yeah, there is a post somewhere on how to fix them... they linkage gets all caked up, needs a re & re. if you dont get on it quick, you may have to buy a new motor, AND fix up your linkage.
