1999 AUDI A4 QUATRO, 1.8t.. Bulbs & fuses r good. Replaced Flasher module in dash yesterday, still no turnsignals. What else can I do??

 

so is ur problem with none working wipers or no turn signal or both? i think the turn signal wires are probably shorted out with sumthing. it could even be shorted out with the wipers so maybe that's y both arn't workin.
