Default THE WORST SITUATION EVER: BODY WORK

Ok, im gonna TRY to make this short, my a4 was hit by some lady ONE week after i bought it. the damage to my car was: smashed front drivers side fender, damage on bumper cover, a vaccume hose line got ripped off, and needs a new headlight. I took my car to a body shop that my girlfriends family brought me to. Now, i was uneasy from the start, but decided to do it for a couple reason$ and cause it was her fathers best friend, blah...blah.......When i went there to pick up my car: The paint looks great, vaccume line was not fixed and these three warning lights are on my dash:
1.) Check engine - prob due to the broken hose
2.) Dynamic headlight range control defective - maybe cause of installation of headlight - is it even in correctly??????? so worried
looks like a yellow high beam signal with ! inside
3.) Generator/Electrical system malfunction - what the F***???//!!!! does audi mean alternator by saying generator?
looks like a red battery

I dont even know what to do...... car is still there cause there gonna fix broken hose, but i dont think they can do anything about these codes....I would rather just take my car to someone who specializes now. - ANY WORDS FROM THE WISE? THANKS

Fix the hose and get the codes cleared and see if they come back. then post the code numbers here.

If the place where you pull your A4 in is just a local body shop, it is most likely that they are not able to fix or change the malfunction of the codes
and you will probably need to drive your car to any local Audi dealer and it should do it and fix the problem.

I had my Audi a huge crash and had a body work over a10 grand worth, and I asked the dealer to take my Audi to local Audi dealer to turn off the freaking
ESP sign which never went off and It could only be handled by Dealer by punching in codes.

Hope this would help you, all the best.

Please..... Your situation could be a lot worse. Saying that "this is the worst situation ever" is sort of disrespectful to people that actuallyget hurt, handicap, ordie in accidents.

It will dry out. don't worry. In case if its not, don't worry neiter cuase its a easy job to take off the cover.

and for onepoint8tee, I dont know if u were serious while your typing those words but let's have some common senses shall we?

I dont see any reasons you get kinda upset or even feel sympathy for those hurts, handicaps, etc that you mention above bylooking atthe title of this post
"THE WORST SITUATION EVER: BODY WORK".
Everyone would interpret this as the worst situation ever happend in my life, or the worst situation of body work done in my life, like I did.

If you still could not understand what I am trying to say, then so be it :] no hard feeling to you.

Audi masterpiece you do need to relax. Yeah it may be the worst situation ever to the person who originally posted it. but I have toagree with onepoint8tee. there are alot of people in alot worse situations. It's just a car and can be fixed or replaced. That's what insurance is for. Life and limbs are alot harder to replace. I have had several loved ones die in accidents including my own father. I think the situation that they ended up in are far more worse than some ****ing body damage so chill the **** out![:@]
