haha I don't know if its worth it to have a shield or not
do you like lose of power from heat soak? if so then no, don't get one

but there is a guy on az selling them pretty cheap

If you had a turbo car that has a BT on the stock side mount then YES! If you have a FMIC on a k03/k04 then NO! If you have a BT and a FMIC then get water injection

What you just posted about a FMIC and BT first off. I have no turbo..or intercooler. Hence the 2.8
