Would you buy this???
Nope.
High miles, dealer that probably has no service records or history, cosmetic flaws, auto, 2.8, ABS light is on (possibly a very $$$$$$ fix), car probably was not maintained.

If you found the same car, with say 100k, from a private owner, that had good service hisrtory and records, and the car was in better shape cosmetically, for around 5k or even 6k..............
Then the answer would be get it, its a good deal for a decently maintained car. The 2.8 is a good engine and will last.
Its just that this one looks questionable, and the miles are high. Most Audi owners wont stand for "cosmetic damages" on their babies, so this is a huge clue that the PO didn't care very much about the car, and probably did not maintain it.
Keep looking for one in better shape, from a private party, the Audi's are excellent cars, they just need a little TLC and they will last to 200k with ease. Dont want to discourage you from Audi, because they rock, just not this particular one....

^^ +1. Keep looking my man. Sounds like you're anxious to purchase, but honestly, i've always found searching to be part of the fun in purchasing a car. You'll find your needle in a haystack soon enough.
