Um. Sales Manager? Back-up sales person? Finance Manager?
Why do you think you're only allowed to deal with one person?
The DEALERSHIP took your deposit, not the sales guy.

thanks, all dealers would say that they have anything you want in stock, like the current dealer, i've tried so hard to contact them,so they don't even answer my phone now, the manager told me to contact with the salesman directly cuz he don;t know my file, i am really depressed, just now they told me if i cancel my deal, i won;t get my deposit back, they are a dealership in Toronto,

just go there and dont leave until you get to the bottom of it. if they have to pull your file let them pull it. if they have to sell you a different car then let them. talk to the manager and if worse comes to worse mention notifying Audi of America and better business beureaus or canada's equivalent.

Yup stand your ground. Its not like you were informed that your saleman was going on vacation, so this is an inconvenience to you. They should be giving you better service. Just because the manager doesnt "know" your file doesnt mean that he cant find out where the hell your car is.

yeah i guess i need to talk to them directly rather than just via phone, in the day i purchased the car they told me it was in Canada, and it wouldn;t take too long for them to get the car, at most two weeks, i guess they can't get the car now, and all they want to do is to make me give up the the deposit, does anyone of you ever have a experience like this? how long it took for you to get your car?

yeah right! dont loose your deposit! if anything make them sell you a car off the lot. I would go there asap and dont leave until you're in YOUR car. that what a deposit is for.

Ya id just go there and get in their face a little until you get answers. This reminds me of National Lampoons Vacatioin... At least they didnt crush your trade in. "What? You didnt order the opal blue family sports wagon???"
