it was most likely a tire defect, how many miles were on the tire? posted speed limits are never the designed speed limit. typically the design speed limit is almost close to 20mph over the posted speed limit. WOW, thats crazy - I figured for sure it was a 96-97 when you said you didn't have full coverage! Do you have a DUI that makes you insurance crazy or why the hell would you risk that. I pay $230 every 6 months for full (not turning this into a insurance cost thread) so I can't beleive that it would be that crazy for a few years newer. I guess you are a gambling man and you took the wrong bet on this one. Might to better just calling Shokan and buying a new/used front fender and any other parts you can just bolt on.

Deff, i dluv to not have to pay for full coverage but id be damned not having it if i crashed it, i cant afford to pay off the car and not have one 
if they tire blew out and its wasnt due to excessive wear you can see if you can get some money from the manufacturer or the place that put it on, good to hear you are ok, They should put rides like that in amuzment parks.

ok so i dont have full coverage because i was just droppe by my parents (previously full coverage). i trhew some liablity on it to keep my bank happy while i was shopping around for full. i NOW have full. i literally was without full for a week. just my luck. and yes the tire was pretty bald. body shop called today 5200. they said the header on top cannot be replaced and my car needs a whole new roof. oh well. thos edarned speeding tivkets too. i pay 276 A MONTH. for full
