i was going thru the burger king drive thru and i was driving up to pay and get my food and i heard as i turned the wheel all the way i heard it squeek. It didnt start to squeek until the wheel was turned all the way. I just got my upper and lower control arms replaced 5 months ago, so i dont kno what the squeek is from? what r ur suggestions why its squeeking now? thanks......

what kind of noise was it? did it sound like a belt? did it sound like you were f#cking up the powersteering by turning your wheel all the way?? need more specifics... What kind of car what year what model? AWD?? Quattro?? etc.. etc...

if you turn the wheel all the way to either side you will hear the power steering pump. it's normal i believe, but it's not good for your car, so try to avoid fully turning the wheels.

it didnt sound like it was power steering i kno that sound, but it sounded like it need new control rods or something, buit i just got those replaced so i dont know......thanks though for the help

You're in southern california. Your car isn't cold.

Check the power steering belts and power steering fluid level. You may want to change the power steering fluid. Use only Pentosin 11S if you do.

i get the power steering groan when its cold out. 11 degrees (F)out last night. i don't belive so cal gets any where near that.

i think it might be my power steering fluid, i checked it today and it was low so im going to put some more in and c if it helps any, my delaer sux he said he topped at my fluids, and my brake fluid is low....not happy thanks for the help
