plus its def not the cold weather bc it got -5 couple weeks ago and it didnt make that sound, its 30 and it was so might be the fluid

Make sure you put in the right stuff.

Do not put in ATF or "power steering fluid" you can get from pepboys. If you do your seals will start leaking and you likely need a new rack.
