Yellow Fogs
If you want BRIGHT, go with an HID kit 3000k is the color you want. Just don't go cheapo on your brand. You should be paying around 80-100 bucks for it a good kit.
If thats too much you could always just put a film over your lens. Lamin-x or something like that makes good films if you want to go that route, but they will look yellow all the time and not be near as bright as HIDs.

HIDs might be a bit of overkill if you're just looking for nice, yellow glare free light and film cuts down the light and won't last.
What you want is PIAA Ion Crystal bulbs. They'll push out essentially the same number of lumens as the stock bulb but throw a nice yellow light that cuts down on glare. They look kinda purple when facing them - something to do with the way they filter the spectrum. I guess it depends if you want people to see yellow when they look at you or if you want to see yellow when you look at them.
