Those are certainly a heck of a lot cheaper than the PIAAs if looks are what you're going for. The PIAAa are $60 a pair or so. As an in between, you can just google "Yellow H11 bulb" and find yellow halogens that would still be functional but a lot cheaper. The PIAAs both look and perform great but they are pricey.

In any case, installation is the same as changing a burned out bulb. Here's a "video":

Thanks everyone. Only thing is, I don't have fogs on the bumper. Mine are next to my headlights. That's a different bulb too I believe.

In that case since they're already projector style lenses just grab a HID H11 kit 35W in 3000K. Bam, bright and done.
