My 2010 A5 2.0 just experienced a sheared main bearing bolt failure that required the entire engine to be pulled and replaced. It only has 10,000 miles on it and was wondering if anyone else has experienced or has heard of this happening? The dealership did a good job of installing a "new" remanufactured engine, but now I am questioning it's durability as well being remanufactured. Thoughts?
