2018 Q5: attempt to start: displayed "position fob in designated area" (cupholder). Positioned fob as requested. Repeated odd messages flash on main screen. Tried with second fob and new fob battery. No change. Eventually it appears to flatten the main battery. Voltage across terminals under hood close to nil. Tried battery jump starter. Nothing.

All round flashers do not work.

Trying to get trunk open. On the inside there is a 3"x"3 tab with a trunk lid logo on it. Removed that.

Can't find any catch inside to get the trunk lid open.

WHERE IS THERE A CATCH INSIDE?
