Default Subwoofer installation in A5

Hello wanting to put 2 powered 12' subwoofers in my car, adding to my B&O stereo.

Ive just got a few question before i do so;

Ive recently had a 2003 a4 cabriolet (convertible) with the subwoofers in them, it rattled a rediculess amount, possibly because it was a convertable vs a normal a5 coupe i dont know, but my question is will the a5 coupe from people that have done this in there a5, experience rattling at all? and how much?

also what is the best way to install it run it off the back speakers or is there an option to run the sub of the stock amp, via mono-block?

thanks all.

If you have a professional install the system then you should be ok, personally I like my Audi' stock but good luck with the subwoofer as I am sure it will sound nice.

i have had great success with insulation. In my last car i used 1/4 in bubble home insulation and lined the entire car. I have had dynamat and personally i feel bubble insulation works just a well. Plus it is about 100+ bucks cheaper. You can get a 50 foot roll for about 15 bucks. I still have my license plate lined to cut down on vibrations.

Good luck
