does anyone know where engine temperature sensor is located 2010 a5

 

If it’s anything like my 63 plate it’s top left of engine bay. I found it by sticking a phone camera down to look across back of the engine block towards passenger side. It’s difficult to see from top of engine but once you know where it is you can access it easier from top. Let us know if your still stuck and I can send a pic.
Ps there are two temp sensors. The one I’ve described feeds info the the dash gauge, there’s another one which controls fans and that’s usually on the bottom hose coming off radiator and much easier to get to
