Default 01 A6 2.8 w/ S4 rims??
will the factory rims from an 01 S4 fit perfectly on my 01 2.8 quattro? is the offset the same? any spacers, etc. required to put the wheels on?

They will fit just fine. Same offset (ET45) as the facotry wheels. I ahd those on my 2001 A6 2.7T, and they looked great! (winter setup)
