hey i just need to know quick how to remove the headlights from a 01 A6 2.7T is it the same as taking them out from a 99? is it as easy? my 01 has balasts mounted on the bottom for the stock xenons...will that make it harder to get out? do i need to take anything off? thanks

 

You have to remove the front bumper to get the headlights out. Good anti-theft design. Bad repairability design.

 

turns out that you dont need to take the bumper off at all.. just had to wiggle them out and it was easy took about 5 mins.
