they work perfectly fine when they do kick on after it seems it warms up??? fuse is fine but when it rains & is cold they dont work for a while kinda dangerous... no set time for em to kick back on but works fine when does.???? the lever seems to work the toggle for dash information works & wiper settings????? the wiper sprayers dont work either until the wipers do??? n e info would be appreciate if others have seen similiar issues!! thanks
