04 audi a6 2.7t rough idle

I checked for the icm but i noticed my car has a bel engine and doesnt have icms by the air filter becuase my coils are individually equipped with them. Do i dont know if all my coils are bad or my ecu is bad or anything that can cuase the random missfires. I also noticed that now my whole engine is missfiring
