hi there i recently bought an 07 a6 i'm based in NZ so ended up getting a japan import, now the only problem i'm having is i have a cord in the centre console which i mistaken for the AMI plug having actually looked at it properly since buying a aux adaptor cord for AMI which obviously did not work i'm left wondering what it is i can only assume its for a phone?. within the same subject being jap import its also come with a MD player and in turn that being present in my glovebox the AMI plug seems to be missing any help with both of these would be appreciated .
