The hatch comes down as it's supposed to, to close. And, it appears to lock/latch in place, but then it opens just a crack (1/8th inch or so) and remains in that position. If I push on the hatch to close it, it "snaps" into place (the locked position) and I can hear the electromechanical locking sound, confirming that it's closed and locked.

Is there an adjustment, or? I've lubed everything I can see to be lubed. It's a little like the motor closing the hatch doesn't get it quite far enough for the electromechanical locking mechanism to catch and close it. But when I put pressure on it, closing it physically, then it catches and locks just fine.

Any ideas, suggestions or experience?
