1997 2.8L A6 Overheating??
I have a 97' A6 2.8L 12v that after about 20 minutes of driving, the AC shuts down, the coolant temp will spike when I idle or slow down. At fist fan point on the guage the coolant warning light comes on and stays on even when guage goes back to normal range. I can tun on the heat and get it to shut off and keep the temp guage from spiking but need to fix ASAP. Car has 110k on it and I replaced the thermostat, water pump, and heater core at 48k (idot I bought car from ran standard anti-freeze) Could this be that the radiator is clogging or should I go Thermostat, Waterpump, radiotor suggestions welcome.
