1997 Wagon CD Changer + Delta CC Questions
Hello all - I'm new to the forums.
I just bought a '97 A6 quattro wagon with a kazillion miles (170,000) - a great deal at $1500 + about $150 in parts (my father is a car dealer.. wholesale prices).
I just drove it home last night, and the radio is driving me insane. It has the "delta cc" with bose audio, sounds pretty good, although it's without question the bose sound. Meh. Didn't get to play with it for too long, but -- how do you get the radio to just TUNE instead of seeking all the time? I live in New York and practically every frequency has a station on it. Seeking just drives me crazy. The car unfortunately didn't come with any manuals
Where would the factory CD changer be? I hope it has it! Didn't notice it off-hand... probably somewhere in the trunk? Under a panel or something?
Any tips on improving radio performance? I haven't cleaned the antenna connections yet. Anything weird about the antenna?
Thanks,
Kevin
