I am considering buying a 1999 Audi A6 sedan AWD. It is a 6 cylinder gasoline with a 5 speed shiftable automatic. The kicker is that it has 173,900 miles on it.

I need to know what everyone thinks about this car. Is it reliable? Is this considered to be high mileage? I am going to obtain a Carfax report before I buy to see it's history. After I get that report, I will post again with my findings. Until then, I welcome any opinions you have! Thanks!
