I have to turn the key twice to start the car. Im thinking weak fuel pump The FP was changed last year. (I am getting 12v at FP when cranking not sure if it should prime but it isn't priming if it needs to) also changed fuel filter and used the new hardware. I have heard people say that there isnt a prime, but I think I have heard it prime before these problems started.
