how much would it cost for a 2000 A6 2.7t(130k miles)?? just the engine, no Turbo's,alternator,etc

$1200-$1500 is what I usually sell them for.

that sounds about right. I just bought a 2000 a6 2.7t engine with 66K for $$2000. They had it posted on ebay for 2600 or best offer so I got it for 2. Toms foreign auto parts on ebay might have some, or try www.shokan.com all used and new audi parts.
